Unless your order contains products with a specified “Ships on” date it will ship within 2 – 3 business days, 3 – 4 business days during a holiday sale.
On occasion orders paid for via eCheck will be held for 5-7 business days. We review all eCheck orders and make a decision based on the order amount and you order history. These orders will receive a tracking number, however they will be set aside.
Orders containing products with a specified “Ships on” date will be issued a tracking number. Your tracking WILL NOT update until 24 hours after the agreed upon “Ships on” date. Per the product description this date can vary 3 – 4 business days. Do not email customer service inquiring on the whereabouts of your order until then.
If your order has shipped and the carrier has received your order there is NOTHING we can do about possible delays. You must contact the carrier to receive updates outside of traditional tracking. We see exactly what you see when tracking a package.
Selling Research Chemicals comes with a level of responsibility higher than most industries. The rules are very clear. Products must be labeled as a Research Chemical and you agree that you are qualified to use them in a legal manner. We explain this on our homepage, in our product descriptions as well as in our T.O.S.. Our customer service team ignores all inquires relating to the use of our products. We are nothing more than a chemical supply company.
Orders ship within 2 business days from when they are placed unless we are in the middle of a holiday sale. During holiday sales orders make take up to 3 – 4 business days to ship.
Business days are Monday – Friday.
We offer 3 to 5 business day shipping and 1 to 3 business day shipping.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier. We will do our part to ship your order in a timely manner. All inquires about shipping delays should be directed to the carrier. Our customer service team sees the same thing you do when tracking an order. Shipping refunds for delays caused by the carrier will not be granted.
